Return & Refund Policy

At Rivaya, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return subject to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that:

  • Are unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Are returned in their original condition and packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photographs of the item, including tags and packaging

All return requests are subject to review and approval. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original tags

  • Items returned outside the 7-day return window

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
